"1. Você é realmente um cara talentoso, sendo membro de um grupo de dança, lutador de artes marciais, ator e você até pinta também, então qual dessas coisas é mais realizadora para você ou mais divertida de fazer?
Eu amo todas elas e só depende do humor que eu estou, mas atuar é o que eu mais amo. Isso me permite combinar todos os outros talentos em um só.
2. E sobre música, você toca algum instrumento? Porque sabemos que você faz capoeira e nós vimos alguns vídeos incríveis de quando você estava em várias daquelas convenções de Twilight , então há alguma chance de você tocar berimbau, por acaso?
Sim, o único instrumento que eu toco é o berimbau. Eu entrei nisso depois de assistir o filme “Only The Strong” (“Esporte Sangrento”) em 1993. Finalmente em 2000, o primeiro grupo Axé Capoeira veio para o Arizona e eu comecei a fazer aulas. Eu me apaixonei pela cultura, pela língua e pela música.
3. Paul é um pouco esquentadinho, bem… Na verdade nós não diríamos um pouco, haha, então você tem isso em comum com Paul ou tem alguma coisa perto do seu personagem na vida real? Você fica um pouco preocupado que você possa ser confundido com o personagem, quer dizer, você meio que parece um pouquinho malvado. rs
Definitivamente os bad boys sempre são meus favoritos nos filmes, eu sempre quis interpretá-los. São sempre os caras mais legais que fazem os bad boys, então eu espero ser um cara legal!
4. Sendo um dançarino e atleta você tem um…vamos dizer…um corpo muito bom e isso realmente deve chamar atenção de muitas garotas, então depois de ter ido a tantas convenções e ter contato com tantas fãs, você tem alguma situação estranha, engraçada ou embaraçosa que pudesse nos contar?
Eu tenho que me acostumar com um monte de garotas gritando constantemente me dizendo para tirar a camiseta. Essa é provavelmente a coisa mais estranha sobre isso.
5. Então, estamos finalmente tão perto do lançamento de New Moon e já vimos alguns trailers, incluindo aquele que Bella te dá um tapão, então ela conseguiu te dar um desses tapas de verdade? Bem, pense nisso: Robert teve a chance de repetir todas as cenas bonitinhas de beijo e você pegou o lado ruim do negócio, quantas vezes você teve que apanhar para a cena sair direito? :p
Eu fiquei realmente muito surpreso como a Kristen pode socar tão bem , e também o coordenador de dublês. Vamos apenas dizer que eu consegui sair sem um nariz quebrado. Conseguimos finalizar em apenas algumas tentativas, para a insatisfação da Kristen porque ela queria continuar me batendo. Ela insistia que podia fazer melhor.
6. Nós falamos com o Chaske há algumas semanas e veja uma coisa que ele disse “Tyson Horseman, que interpreta Quil, ganhou muita massa muscular nesses últimos tempos; ele vai dar uma boa competição para o Alex Meraz”, então ele realmente está te dando trabalho sobre isso ou Chaske estava zuando com a gente? haha
Sim, ele está dando trabalho para mim e para o Taylor. Teremos um novo galã em Eclipse.
7. Como você já terminou Eclipse e New Moon está a menos de um mês de chegar, como você compara os dois filmes? Quero dizer, se você pudesse defini-los, como você os descreveria? Como o clima no set estava diferente de um para o outro e também trabalhar com diretores diferentes?
Bem, eu ainda não vi os filmes completos, mas sei que eles seguem muito próximo dos livros. Posso dizer que ambos os diretores encontram formas únicas de contar a história enquanto mantêm a continuidade.
8. Todo mundo está muito feliz com a caracterização dos vampiros e tudo mais, como o figurino e todos os pequenos detalhes. Mas como os lobos não têm que se preocupar com isso porque vocês ficam a maioria das cenas com nada mais que shorts rasgados, vocês têm que realmente tentar ficar malhados para interpretar os Quileutes do jeito certo, ser realmente forte e tal. Então, é mais difícil depender tanto do lado físico e não somente de maquiagem e figurino? Fale a verdade: todos aqueles tanquinhos têm Garantia do Wolfpack ou vocês têm uma ajudinha mágica (como um pouco de maquiagem)?
Trabalhar com meu corpo e ser físico é tudo o que eu sei, já que minha origem é a dança e as artes marciais. Nós já estávamos em ótima forma, então não foi uma tela em branco para se trabalhar.
9. Você já se pesquisou no Google? Qual foi a coisa mais esquisita, mais engraçada e mais louca que você leu sobre si mesmo ou uma mentira cabeluda que você viu em algum lugar e ficou com vontade de dizer “What the forks”? 
No primeiro mês eu me pesquisei no Google obsessivamente porque nunca tive tanta gente falando de mim, então foi um impulso natural. A coisa mais engraçada que eu ouvi foi que eu era bonito demais para interpretar Paul, por causa de como ele nunca foi descrito no livro dessa forma. Isso foi o pior que eu ouvi, do que eu não posso reclamar. Mas a coisa mais mal-informada que eu ouvi foi que eu era Mórmon, o que eu não sou. Mas quem quer que tenha escrito isso assumiu que era verdade porque eu também sou do Arizona (como a Stephenie Meyer).

2. And what about music, do you play any instrument at all? Cause we know that you do capoeira and we even saw some amazing videos when you were in several of those Twilight conventions ,so you play berimbau by any chance? Btw, since it was created in Brazil and its is so popular around here how did you get involved with capoeira anyway?
Yes, the only instrument that I do play is the berimbau. I got into it after watching the movie “Only The Strong” in 1993. Finally in 2000, the first Axe Capoeira group came down to Arizona and I started taking classes. I fell in love with the culture, the language and the music.
3. Paul has a little temper, well… actually we wouldn’t say a little,haha, so do you have this in common with Paul or anything close to your character in real life? Do you get a little worried that you could get mistaken with him, I mean you kind of look a little bad boyish, lol.
Definitely the bad boys are always my favorites in movies, I’ve always wanted to play them. Its always the nicest guys who play the best bad boys, so I hope I’m a nice guy!
4. Being a dancer and athlete you have a…let’s say…a pretty good body, and this must really catch the eyes of a lot of girls, so after being in a lot of conventions and in touch with so many fans, do you have any weird, funny or embarrassing situations you could tell us about?
I have to get used to a lot of screaming girls constantly telling me to take my shirt off. That’s probably the most weird part about it.
5. So we are finally so close to the release of New Moon and we’ve already seen some trailers including the one that Bella smacks the hell out of you, so did she manage to get one of those slaps for real? Well, think about it: Robert has the chance to repeat all the cute kissing scenes and you get the bad side of the deal, so how many times did you have to be smacked to get the scene right? :p
I was actually pretty surprised at how well Kristen could throw a punch, and so was the stunt coordinator. Let’s just say I managed to make it out without a broken nose. We got it wrapped in only a couple of tries to the dissatisfaction of Kristen because she wanted to keep punching me. She was insisting that she could do better.
6. We talked to Chaske a couple of weeks ago and check it out one of the thing that he said “Tyson Horseman, who plays Quil, has put on a lot of muscle mass this time around; he’s going to give Alex Meraz a run for his money”, so is he really giving you trouble about that or Chaske was messing with us? lol
Yeah, he’s giving me and Taylor a run for our money. We’re gonna have a new heartthrob in Eclipse.
7. Since you are already done with Eclipse and New Moon is less than a month away, how do you compare the two movies? I mean, if you could define both of them how would you describe it? How was the vibe on set different from one another and also working with two different directors?
Well I haven’t seen the completed movies yet, but I know that they follow the books very closely. I can tell you that both directors find unique ways of telling the story while keeping the continuity.
8. Everyone is really happy about the characterization of the vamps and everything, like the clothing and all the small details, but since the wolves don’t have to be so worried about that because you spend most of the scenes with nothing more that cut-off shorts, you guys have really to try and stay fit to portray the Quileutes in the right way, be really strong and stuff, so is it harder to depend so much on that physical side and not just make-up and clothing? Tell us the truth: are those abs all WolfPack guaranteed or you guys had a little magic help (like a little make-up)?
Working with my body and being physical is all I know since my background is dance and martial arts. We were already in pretty good shape so it wasn’t a blank canvas to work with.
9: Have you ever googled yourself? What was the weirdest, the funniest and the most crazy thing that you’ve read about you or a big fat lie that you saw somewhere and wanted to say “What the forks”?
The first month I googled myself obsessively because I’d never had so many people talking about me, so it was a natural impulse. The funniest thing I heard was that I was too good-looking to play Paul because of how hewas never described in the book that way. That was the worst I heard, which I can’t complain about. But the most mis-informed thing I heard was that I was Mormon, which I’m not, but whoever wrote it must have assumed so because I’m also from Arizona (like Stephenie Meyer).
